Certain teams are bound for glory, while others will be taking an early seat in this year’s installment of March Madness. Within the NCAA Basketball odds, you can also wager on which team will take the entire tournament. Stanford is the early favorite at 11/2 odds, with Duke close behind them at 13/2.
